IT Surge Support Job Type: Part-time contract (3 days per week) £200 per day (outside IR35) Location: Maidenhead Duration: 3 months initially We are seeking an IT Surge Support specialist to assist with a critical migration from a child domain to the main domain. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing domain migrations. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the migration of systems from a child domain to the main domain. Schedule and coordinate work to ensure smooth operation during the migration process. Follow up with users to ensure they are informed and compliant with the migration requirements. Manage user credentials, including changing passwords and updating user group memberships as necessary.
