We are looking for a SC Cleared Contract Manager for leading IT service provider based in Corsham, this will be a hybrid role. Core Responsibilities Management and Governance of Contractual Mechanisms Create and update of the Contract Guide and relevant commercial control documentation (eg Contract Calendar; Change Control Log, W@R Register etc); with the assistance of the assigned Legal Adviser as appropriate Obligations Management: extraction, allocation and tracking of key customer and supplier obligations required to be fulfilled Ensure Charging, Relief and Change Control and other key contract and commercial mechanisms are operated in accordance with the contract and the Change Policy Draft Complex CCNs and other ancillary contract documentation such as updated conformed contracts and Financial Models as required by the terms of the Contract Assurance of in-life transactions such as reviewing pricing variations, statements of work, work orders, indexation...
