IC Resources is working with a leading Aerospace & Aviation business that is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract basis. This role is Outside IR35. You’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of complex engineering programmes, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Acting as the focal point for programme execution, you’ll balance customer expectations, commercial objectives, and technical delivery across multiple workstreams. The business develops advanced hardware solutions, so experience working within environments involving electronics, FPGA, PCB, avionics, or embedded systems would be highly beneficial.
