We are seeking an exceptional Head of Projects to take ownership of delivery across a growing portfolio of healthcare digital projects. This is a senior delivery leadership role, accountable for delivery outcomes across the portfolio. You will lead a team of up to 5 Project Managers and 2 PMO analysts, reporting to the Director of Transformation, with full responsibility for delivery outcomes, go live dates being achieved, project financial control, and portfolio reporting. This is not a PMO role. It is a hands-on, accountable position for someone who has built their career as a highly capable Project Manager and Programme Manager and who now leads delivery functions and the people within them.
