Interim Contract Manager (Outside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Interim Contract & Legal Transaction Manager to provide assurance, structure, and senior-level oversight across a high-volume, complex contract environment. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced programmes, operates confidently with senior stakeholders, and works autonomously alongside internal teams and external legal advisors. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end contract management across multiple portfolios, covering both TSA and non-TSA agreements. Drive all contract actions through to completion, including novations, amendments, consents, replacements, and exits , ensuring alignment with programme timelines. Coordinate organisational and functional inputs required for legal entity set-up , working closely with internal legal teams.
