Test Lead - Hybrid - Outside IR35 We're looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team and help deliver high-quality, reliable and audit-ready testing across technology, business change and operational initiatives. Reporting to the Test Manager , you'll lead testing activity across SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness , while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers. You'll bring: Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environment Strong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skills Experience testing complex technology and business transformation Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testing Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr or TestRail Understanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologies ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent) This is an...
