Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer - Livingston Company & Team Introduction: Role Description/Purpose of the Role: Own the local office IT relationship, ensuring all engagement, prioritisation and decision-making channels operate in line with Group-wide policies and standards. Convert business needs into outcomes and deliver a value-aligned roadmap while being willing to build, configure and validate solutions across M365, Azure and endpoint platforms to land secure, reliable services - always routed through Group IT oversight and direction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary local interface with Group IT Shape, prioritise and track the local demand backlog and associated benefits and budgets with necessary approvals and Group level direction at every stage.
