Delegation of Authority Programme Manager needed for an initial 3-month role with our FMCG client based in Edinburgh . The right candidate must be a seasoned Programme Manager with a track record of delivering specific Delegation of Authority/Schedule of Delegated Authority/DoA Matrix/ DoA Framework programmes within complex organisations, including strong Governance and Financial Controls experience and experience within Global organisations. The role is Outside IR35 , 3-months initially (though expected to roll on for up to 12-months) and will require candidates to work weekly in Edinburgh (hybrid).
