Contract Interaction Designer (Trauma-Informed Services) Hybrid – Newcastle twice per month Contract: 6 months Day rate: £450 -£500pd (Outside IR35) About the Role We’re looking for an Interaction Designer to support the design of safe, accessible digital services for users with lived experience of trauma and vulnerability. You’ll be working on sensitive healthcare-related journeys where clarity, trust, and psychological safety are essential. Experience in healthcare or services supporting vulnerable users is strongly preferred—particularly work within the NHS or similar environments.
