ROLE CONTEXT The role will shape a reporting capability for operational services where accuracy, lineage and controlled access are critical. Solutions will bring together workflow, case, quality and delivery data to support day-to-day management and evidence-based decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and datasets Translate business requirements into effective visualizations and reporting solutions. Build data models, measures and calculations using Power Query and DAX. Integrate multiple data sources and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
