Delivery Lead - Outside IR35 - Contract (Insurance) About the role Delivery Leads are responsible for the successful delivery of our clients’ projects across the full lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond. Typical project sizes range from 50 to 1,000 days and our projects span multiple sectors and technologies. On this occasion you’ll work with one our existing FS&I clients to develop a business case to stand up a new delivery team targeted at specific business challenges. Our Financial Services client based in Bath are currently looking for a Programme Manager/PMO Lead for a large enterprise-wide Organisational (People) Design transformation programme. Acting as the central focal management function for all programme PMO activities (risk management, project planning and tracking, budget management, steerco reporting, etc) bridging between HR, Finance, Legal Teams and Business Exec's.
