Lead Business Process Analyst (Contract) Location: Primarily Remote + Ad-hoc Travel to Cardiff (expenses covered up to £60/day) Rate: Up to £450 per day (outside IR35) Duration: 3 months rolling contract About the Role A large public-sector transformation programme is seeking an experienced Lead Business Process Analyst to take on a hybrid delivery + leadership position. You’ll be both hands-on and responsible for guiding a small analysis team (two Business Analysts) to produce consistent, high-quality deliverables across a wide-ranging change programme.
