Lithium3 are supporting a mid-sized client that is looking to replace its Legacy ERP platform. Reporting directly to the CIO, they are seeking an experienced ERP Programme/Sourcing Lead to define and drive the ERP selection process from strategy through to business case. Initial Scope (3 months). Outside IR35. Mainly remote with being onsite once or twice a month. - Review the current ERP landscape, processes and operating model. - Assess the existing Prima solution and surrounding applications. - Engage business stakeholders. - Develop the target ERP strategy and overall sourcing approach. - Produce and manage the RFI process. - Define evaluation criteria, governance and vendor assessment methodology. - Create the roadmap for the subsequent RFP and selection phases.
