Our Financial Services client based in Bath are currently looking for a Programme Manager/PMO Lead for a large enterprise-wide Organisational (People) Design transformation programme. Acting as the central focal management function for all programme PMO activities (risk management, project planning and tracking, budget management, steerco reporting, etc) bridging between HR, Finance, Legal Teams and Business Exec's. Will need to help plan at a detailed level and oversee delivery.
