Their software integrates with Cisco hardware so this is a strong fit for someone who understands technical documentation in complex, on-prem environments rather than pure SaaS / cloud products. This role will work closely with the permanent Technical Author, helping to manage a spike in workload as the business prepares for key releases to their UI.
