Project Manager (EAM/CAFM) – Facilities Management - Outside IR35 - Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive milestones and deliver contractual transformation requirements across multiple business and technology workstreams on a global CAFM upgrade programme The successful candidate will have proven experience within Facilities Management, ideally covering FM Help Desk services, CAFM platforms, field service tools and contract mobilisation. The assignment is outside IR35 and will require 2 days per week on site in Manchester (3 days per week can be remote) Key Responsibilities:
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions through to completion. Coordinate delivery across complex, matrix business and IT teams.
