We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Author/Technical Writer/IT Knowledge Management Specialist to support a nationally critical Home Office programme operating within secure environments. This role will be responsible for producing, maintaining, and managing high-quality technical and operational documentation to support infrastructure deployments, system upgrades, and ongoing service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, security, and programme teams to ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and compliant with governance standards.
