The successful candidate will be working within a critical national infrastructure project, and will work in a team that provides 24/7 support to infrastructure upgrades and deployments. Responsibilities include: Provide 3rd line technical support to an onsite Deployment team. Proactively minimise risks that could impact deployment timelines. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues Act as a technical escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support teams.
