HR IT Project Manager - 700/day - 90% remote - 12 months
bluewaveSELECT are working with a global market leader to provide an experienced HR IT Project Manager for a European rollout.
This role will initially be a 70% capacity engagement, with chance to increase over the 12 month duration, and you will start early September.
Open to all Europe, this will fall outside IR35 if based in UK. You should be able to travel across Europe for occasional workshops, as/when required - but this will be <10% of the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end replacement of a global HR information system, including assessment of the current solution and oversight of design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Manage the project in partnership with business stakeholders, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management, budget control, resource coordination, and delivery against agreed milestones.
