Vendor Performance Consultant for a large enterprise organisation operating a multi-vendor technology delivery model, is looking for an experienced consultant to build a consistent framework for measuring and reporting on strategic vendor performance. The role will design the plans, processes and reporting structures needed to give technology leadership a single, consolidated view of how major delivery partners and other tier-1 SIs, are performing against contracted commitments, delivery quality and roadmap alignment. This is a build role rather than a run role: the consultant will stand up the framework, prove it works and hand over a repeatable process, not simply operate an existing one.
