Service Desk Analyst, O365, Win 11, Fully remote Our client, a leading and reputable organisation, is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for all Incidents and Service Requests. This is FULLY REMOTE and OUTSIDE OF IR35. General responsibilities: - Supporting IT Services (Incident Management / Request Fulfilment) Ensure all incidents and service requests are successfully logged and accurately identified, categorised, prioritised and diagnosed. Work with third parties and colleagues to investigate, accurately diagnose, analyse & resolve IT issues. Knowledge of and experience working within depts. utilising Change Management and Problem Management. Customer Care including providing a welcoming, friendly, customer focused and professional attitude to all users.
