SAP SF ECP Business Analyst - outside IR35 - remote - 6 months + We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR transformation programme. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering payroll solutions across UK and Ireland, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. You will deliver the majority of the role remotely, with maximum one day a month in London or Manchester during normal project times, and a little more onsite for go-live. We are flexible on market rate, however expect competitive rates due to outside IR35 + 90% remote.
