Service Scope and Deliverables System and application patching on the following technologies: Citrix. Hardware. VMWare. Windows Server. M365. Core data centre services such as AD, Group Policy, DNS, VPN, AV, MFA, WSUS, SCCM, monitoring tools etc. SAN storage and backup. Multi Factor Authentication.
