Part of the HydraB Group, running on Microsoft Azure with Snowflake and Fabric. THE ROLE A new kind of position for a new kind of builder. We're looking for someone who develops software primarily using AI-native tools - Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, custom skills and agentic workflows. You'll rapidly prototype and build applications, create reusable tooling, and help colleagues across the Group adopt AI-assisted development. This is a creativity-first role.
