Data Engineer & Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Overview We are looking for a highly capable and self-sufficient Data Engineer & Analyst to support our data and reporting environment during a transitional period. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, can quickly understand existing systems, and is confident making recommendations to improve processes and outputs. The ideal candidate thrives in environments with limited documentation, can navigate existing data resources effectively, and brings a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset. Location: Preference will be given to candidates able to work from our Newcastle office at least 3 days per week.
