Change Manager Contract | Outside IR35 | Insurance | IT Transformation | Business Change | Change Function We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to provide specialist change management services to a major insurance organisation delivering a significant Group Simplification and transformation programme. While the programme includes substantial IT and technology-led change, its success will ultimately be measured by how effectively that change is adopted and Embedded across the business. The Change Manager will therefore focus on ensuring that new systems, processes, ways of working and organisational changes translate into sustainable business outcomes.
