Contract Scrum Master – Retail Digital Transformation Contract Outside IR35 Hybrid/Remote Up to £550 per day Initial 6 months Im currently supporting a major retail organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and am looking to speak with experienced Scrum Masters to join a number of high-profile delivery teams. Youll play a key role in driving Agile delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams, helping to embed Agile best practices while ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital products and platforms. What youll be doing: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
