Estates & Facilities Transformation Consultant JSS is currently partnered with a Higher Education client delivering a large-scale organisational transformation programme, including the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across the institution. We are seeking an experienced Estates & Facilities Transformation Consultant to support the redesign of estates and facilities management processes, operating structures, and service delivery models, working closely with senior Estates, Facilities and Campus Services stakeholders. This role will focus on designing and embedding estates and facilities processes within the new TOM, with particular emphasis on areas such as planned and reactive maintenance, space and occupancy management, campus operations, facilities services, asset management, compliance, and contractor management.
