IT Operations Manager | Hybrid-London | Up to £400p/d outside IR35 Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Operations Manager contractor to provide immediate operational cover and help stabilise our clients IT environment. This is not a pure helpdesk role. We need someone who can combine day-to-day IT support with strong operational judgement, process ownership, documentation, access control, and device management. The right person will be comfortable stepping into a fast-moving environment, quickly understanding existing systems and dependencies, and making sensible, low-risk improvements without needing heavy supervision.
