We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst on a contract basis, supporting senior leadership and operational teams with data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance an existing Power BI dashboard for the company's COO and leadership team, adding metrics, detailed views, drilldowns and functionality.
Investigate data, including rostering, absence, training and timetable planning.
Build reports, dashboards, notebooks and other data outputs to replace complex Excel-based processes.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.
Explore and interrogate data sources to understand what the data is telling us and identify useful insights.
