Senior IT Support Engineer - Contract Synchro is hiring on behalf of a large and well-established organisation, who require a senior and experienced Engineer on an initial 6 month contract, which has the potential to become permanent. You’ll be the go-to technical expert for complex IT issues, supporting and enhancing infrastructure while ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and high-performing. Providing a blend of 2nd & 3rd line support across hardware, software, and networking, you will lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes as well as working with the wider team to coordinate day-to-day helpdesk activities. This role will involve the administration of servers, virtual environments, and core infrastructure as well as the management of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS, DHCP.
