Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Consultant Job Summary The ServiceNow CMDB Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role ensures accurate, reliable, and actionable configuration data to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Asset Management, and broader enterprise service workflows.
