Morson Edge is pleased to be supporting our client in finding an experienced HR project professional to support the delivery of a significant business transition and acquisition programme. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, outside IR35. The role will focus on coordinating all people-related transition activities, ensuring effective governance, documentation, employee engagement, operational readiness and compliance throughout the programme lifecycle. Working closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure the smooth delivery of employee transfer, integration and organisational change activities.
