Training & Delivery Consultant Contract Outside IR35 Location: Edinburgh (4 days onsite, Fridays remote) Security Clearance: SC Clearance preferred (BPSS considered if SC application is in progress) Overview We are supporting a large-scale transformation programme within the defence and engineering sector and are seeking a Training & Delivery Consultant to help drive the adoption of new processes and ways of working across operational teams. This is a highly visible, site-based role where you will work closely with frontline employees and supervisors, spending significant time within operational environments to understand current practices, identify barriers to change, and support the successful implementation of programme initiatives.
