Our client needs a Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead a combined HR and Payroll system implementation, from kick-off through to go-live. You will work closely with key stakeholders across their team and manage the project through its full lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement, testing, migration, and go-live.   You will oversee parallel runs and user acceptance testing to check the new system matches the old one before cutover. You will act as the link between technical delivery teams and the business, and explain requirements clearly to both sides.
