We are looking for an autonomous Change & Readiness Manager to spearhead the business transition as they introduce a brand-new mortgage origination platform. To hit the ground running, you will need a strong background in lending and deep familiarity with the mortgage lifecycle?from broker engagement through to underwriting and processing.
