Job Description The ServiceNow Business Analyst acts as a key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring the ServiceNow platform is aligned to business needs and delivers measurable value. This role is responsible for eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements, supporting solution design, and enabling effective delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and implementations. Working closely with product owners, developers, architects, and process owners, the ServiceNow Business Analyst ensures requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and translated into scalable, user-centred ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules.
