Test Manager Southwest - Hybrid moving to more remote 6-month initial contract up to £550 per day Outside IR35 I'm currently partnering with a organisation who requires the support of a Test Manager across it's project teams for a website and applications revamp. In this role the Test Manager will take full ownership of the testing strategy and implementing a testing function whilst coordinating a 3rd party business partner. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily testing activities, maintaining the organisation's testing approach, plans, and documentation while aligning with project stakeholders. Plan, estimate, and oversee testing work, managing resources, risks, progress, reporting and defect management, while adapting activities based on results and introducing metrics to track quality and performance.
