We 're looking for a HALO ITSM specialist to join a major service transformation programme, designing, configuring and delivering new services across multiple business departments. This is a hands-on role. You 'll take requirements directly from stakeholders, translate them into HALO service designs, and then configure and build the workflows yourself - owning delivery from discovery through to UAT and go-live.
