We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a contract engagement with a leading UK financial services business based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a delivery-focused role on an active Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programme. The business is driving significant change across its core operations and needs a Senior BA who can hit the ground running — leading requirements workstreams, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for a D365 functional and development team.
