The client requires an experienced Technical Documents Author/Service Architect to support the documentation of existing live services currently delivered by Client on behalf of Army HQ. Several established services, including Defence Gateway, are transitioning from Army HQ into Defence Digital & Data ownership. To meet requirements and support Secure by Design assurance activities, these services require formal documentation using Defence templates and terminology. The successful candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture existing service designs, technical configurations and operational processes, producing documentation suitable for review by the Technical Design Office (TDO).
