Lead the delivery of a new Salesforce-based student registry at a well-known London university as its distance-learning degrees move in-house.
Salary: £680 per day + outside IR35
Project Delivery Lead/Project Manager - Student Registry - £680/day outside IR35 - 2-3 days on site per week
A well-known university is seeking to recruit a Project Delivery Lead / Project Manager to implement a Salesforce-based student registry for a London university's Education programme as distance-learning degrees transition in-house. The solution will support core registry processes, remain distinct from the main school registry and integrate with wider university systems, maintaining consistent student data.
Key responsibilities: Own delivery from requirements refinement and implementation-partner procurement through supplier management, integration, testing and go-live. Challenge proposed solutions and unnecessary bespoke development, ensuring standard functionality is used where appropriate.
Manage academic, registry, finance and technology stakeholders, making routine decisions independently and escalating when needed.
Required experience: Strong project delivery leadership with extensive knowledge of university registry processes and student information systems such as SITS, Banner, Technology One or Quercus. Procurement, supplier oversight and confident stakeholder management are essential. Salesforce experience is desirable rather than essential; registry expertise and the ability to challenge implementation partners are the priority.
Contract details: Dedicated day-rate contractor, initially around 12 months with potential flexibility. £680 per day, expected outside IR35, subject to final assessment. Two to three office days per week in London; not fully remote.
If interested in the role, please apply today. Please note: we are not able to consider you for the role without the relevant registry / student systems experience.
