Healthcare Deployment & Operations Project Manager at PRO PMs, South East Hybrid, £500 per day

We are seeking a superb Project Manager to lead healthcare IT system deployments combined with the operational change needed to make them land.

This role sits across IT delivery and operations. You will own the full life cycle from requirements and planning through testing, cutover and go live, while driving process, workforce and ways of working changes with operational teams.
It needs pace, diligence and a hands on style. You must be able to hold suppliers to account, engage clinical and operational staff with confidence, and plan with real accuracy.

Must have the following:

• Proven healthcare IT system deployments taken through to go live
• Operational change experience: process redesign, SOPs, training and adoption
• Superb communication skills with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, supplier management and financial control
• Hands on approach with diligence, accuracy and clinical safety awareness

Healthcare domain experience is essential.

This is not a junior PM role, nor for PMO Analysts/Managers, infrastructure PMs or pure IT PMs with no operational change exposure. We want a PM who owns the outcome and gets systems live with the operation ready to run them.

Outside IR35 role. Hybrid working with onsite presence for stakeholder engagement and go live activities.
