Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a BA with strong Salesforce expertise and previous telecoms industry experience to play a key role in delivering business-critical change.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements
• Work closely with product, delivery and technical teams to support solution design
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping and requirements gathering sessions
• Support user acceptance testing and business change activities
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Previous experience within a Telecoms/Telco environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working on transformation and change programmes
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams

Contract Details

• 8-month initial contract
• Outside IR35
• £400-£425 per day
• North London
• Hybrid working with 3 days onsite per week
