We 're working with a client looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving user adoption and platform effectiveness.

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows and automation.
• Support users with system queries, troubleshooting and training.
• Configure Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
• Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance activities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into platform enhancements.
• Assist with user management, profiles, roles and permissions.
• Support new Salesforce releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience managing users, security settings and data integrity.
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced project or BAU environments.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Exposure to integrations and third-party Salesforce applications.
• Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements and transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
