2nd Line Support Engineer | £150 - £175 | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | Hybrid
We’re recruiting for an 2nd line support engineer for a 3-Month contract role with an ASAP start. This position is determined as Outside IR35 paying £150 - £175 per day and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring three days per week of onsite work in the UK office closest to you (Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol or Maidenhead).

Key Requirements
- Previous 2nd Line IT support experience within an MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, email security, and mail flow
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and user management
- Experience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Excellent customer service skills with strong ticket management experience
