Senior Project/Programme Manager - Technology Change - Central Government - Outside IR35 - Initially until March 27 - £1000 - £1200 a day

We are looking to engage an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager who has worked at the pre-delivery stage of Projects/Programmes to help redesign case management systems within a regulatory environment. Candidates must also have Senior comms experience helping to shape the narrative and very strong strategy planning experience. Previous GDS projects such as customer first would be a great fit or candidates who have worked for government departments or regulators on ERP, CRM, agentic AI projects.

AI-enabled evidence review
Structured document drafting
Workflow automation
Data science and analytical pipelines

The Senior Project/Programme Manager will work with a team to assess the current case delivery model and identify the most significant opportunities for redesign across people, process, data, technology and governance.
