Scrum Master - SAFe/Scaled Agile

London (Hybrid 2 days pw onsite)

6 month initial contract

£500 a day – Outside IR35

We are partnering with a global leading alternative investment services provider to appoint an experienced Scrum Master for a high-profile migration programme. You will take ownership of Agile delivery across two squads, driving sprint execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers and managing cross-team dependencies within a Scaled Agile environment.

The successful candidate will be proactive, delivery-focused and comfortable working across technical and business teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment
• Experience within Financial Services - Asset Management, Fund Administration or Alternative Investments desirable
• Experience managing multiple Agile squads simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Scrum and cross-team dependencies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery management.
• Experience supporting complex technology transformation, SaaS implementations or systems integration and/or migration programmes.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and SaaS delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge delivery teams constructively, remove blockers and drive accountability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
