Senior Data Quality and Data Migration Analyst at Barclay Simpson Recruitment, Berkshire, 6 Months, £550-£600 per day

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Migration & Data Quality Analyst to support a six-month Statement of Work focused on improving the quality, completeness and migration readiness of business continuity and resilience data.

You will assess, cleanse and validate business-critical data relating to applications, services, suppliers and recovery records; define data mappings and migration rules; support migration testing and reconciliation; and produce clear data-quality and readiness reporting for key stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• Strong data migration, data cleansing, validation and data governance experience

• Excellent Excel, SQL and Power BI skills

• Experience defining data mappings, migration rules and reconciliation checks

• Confident stakeholder management and ability to engage business data owners

• Ability to produce high-quality data-quality assessments and migration-readiness reporting

Desirable experience

• Business Continuity Management (BCM), BIA, BCP, MVC or operational resilience

• Cleansing and assurance of critical application, service, supplier and recovery data

• ServiceNow and data ownership/governance frameworks

• Financial services or regulated-environment experience

This is a hands-on analytical role requiring both technical capability and strong business engagement. The engagement is expected to run for six months under a Statement of Work arrangement.
