AWS Architect at Ventula Consulting, London, £600 per day

AWS Architect - AI Voice Integration - £600 p/d (Outside IR35) - 6-Month Contract - London (2-3 Days Onsite per Week)

A high-growth consulting organisation is looking for an AWS Architect to play a key role in owning and evolving an AI-powered voice technology platform.

This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be responsible for defining the cloud architecture, as well as securing and operating the platform in a live pilot environment.

The AWS Architect will design and manage AWS services supporting AI, voice and telephony workloads, working with Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock for model orchestration, inference and AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AWS architecture and hands-on engineering delivery.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes, EKS, EC2 and AWS networking.
• Support AI/ML workloads using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, including voice and telephony integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, TCP/TLS, SIP/VoIP and connectivity issues.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Ensure cloud security, IAM, monitoring and operational resilience.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with engineering teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience in cloud, infrastructure or solution architecture.
• Extensive hands-on AWS architecture and engineering experience.
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes/EKS and cloud networking expertise.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong CI/CD, automation and Scripting skills (Python/Bash).
• Solid knowledge of AWS security architecture.

Day Rate; £600 p/d (Outside IR35)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

Location: London, 2/3x a week onsite
